Converted American National Telecom to a facility-based carrier on schedule without service interruption. American national was a switchless telecom reseller. Tasked with transforming into switched system without service disruption. Developed switch room. Installed and tested all carrier circuits. Implemented reprogramming plan. Hired and trained 50 technicians. Transferred all customers to new system within five days with no down time.

Integrated Control Networks switching, billing and technical departments with TXCI following merger. Moved customer base of Control Network to TXCI system, shutting down switching center. Retrained CNS techs, allowing for a 7/24 operations center. Integrated two switching sites, saving $15K per month on switch payments and space lease.

Developed and implemented web-based customer tracking system for Carrier Services. Company required improved method of tracking work orders, installation times and prepaid customer status. Analyzed needs and instructed programmers on system requirements, tracking customers from sales through cancellation. Created process to function as

Ensure that network is groomed properly to support customer traffic both for Channels and CPS. Trouble shoots and repair issues on both customer and Carrier side. Place orders with existing suppliers and purchase new product for both current and new suppliers. Responsible for Wholesale Customer Service Team and Philippine Customer Support Team . Assist Sales with any needed technical sales support.

Vice President Operations, Accela Inc., 2004 – Dec 2013 One of 4 founding members of Accela Inc. Developed product line and facilitated startup of Accela, Inc., a voice and data integrator. Responsible for selection of carriers and equipment vendors. Installed and turned up first customer in late December 2004. As of December 2013 Accela has customers on 4 continents and is carrying over 1 million calls a day and is the largest provider to call centers in the Philippines.

General Manager, Adamsport Consulting, 2004 – 2005 Providing consulting and billing expertise to domestic and global communications and data companies. Installed and trained Kytel staff on new billing system. Installed and tested international voice route to Guinea Bissau.

Vice President Operations, Carrier Services Inc., 2002 – 2004. Managed $10M international telecommunications service providers’ voice and data network, billing and customer service departments and 24 hour web based NOC system. Designed and built 5,500 sq. ft. switch room, including installation of switching gear and migration to new facility.

Vice President Operations, Control Network System, 1998 - 2002. Implemented voice and data network for international telecommunications service provider. Establish billing and customer service departments. Installed switches and compression equipment, both in the US and abroad.

Vice President Operations, Cyberlight International, 1996 – 1998. Implemented worldwide voice and ATM network for $27M global supplier of telecommunications services. Installed and maintained debit card platforms. Managed $8M and 25 employees
