Designed and built a Police Command center on 9/11 under extreme Emergency conditions.

On 9/11 migrated most all of the cisco switches and phones to the lobby and patched our meridian phones as well for the victims to call home, due to no cell service, and our proximity to the ferry landing.

Remotely covered Chicago, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Dubai, Tokyo, Singapore, San Francisco & our disaster recovery location in White Plains whenever there was a shortage of personnel or need of assistance.
