I developed a Rewards and Recognitions system for my previous employer. This provided different incentives for employees and managers for a job well done. This system reduced our call outs and lates by 90%. It was implemented two years ago and is still in place today, it rewards employees with gifts cards, PTO Time off and being able to change their schedule for a month.
