Started at the boys section there was always a lot in this section had to look at a computer screen to see my orders you look at the screen and grap what you need to put in these orders aloof times had to go to the end and scan the boxes for labeling and putting on pallet before long I moved down the line and did bigger belts the orders where a lot bigger but got it down very quickly I also would help hanging belts and before I left there I could work the whole line with all different belts with different orders. We would also do other things on the the weekends sometimes you would work 12 or 19 days in a roll always 12 hr shifts. This was a wonderful opportunity to work for this company. When I first started here I shut the deli down came in at 2pm-11pm. Cooked all fried foods, sliced meat and cheese for ordering customers, cleaning the deli organizing stock room cleaning freezer and walk- in organizing filling meat and cheese case washing dishes and the last hour cleaning floors making sure all foods go out for next day cold prices cleaning rotisserie chicken ovens. Washing all dishes from fryer hot case ovens microwave and hot dog machine. Making sure the drains are cleaned we would have to work together as a team to get the job done and cleaned for a job well done. As a team we were to the point with cleanness and customer service. Now I moved up fast there my last years there I was working from 4am-1pm I would set up the deli to get it started for the day turn on all the ovens fryer hot case stock floors make sure there in no holes in meat and cheese case some of it came in that morning down stock the pallet get things filled and start on floor helping when needed in the back always watching the customers to make sure they were not backed up. Cleaning the walk-in and freezer checking dates and ordering for the next day. I always appreciated the opportunity to work for Walmart deli. Packer

I started out on 2pm-11pm not even six months I was working overnight 10pm-7am. It started out very simple I cut pictures for the order the pictures came too me in a big roll had to left the roll onto the machine and start cutting they had the names and how many was in the order in the machine you just had to type the number in your machine before long got faster at this when we got done what had to go out that night we would go to the sorter and it would put it in the correct location where the orders came from. When I went to overnight would start in the back where we cracked the camera open and put them back in the package then helped out in splicing then go and help in the magazine room where the pictures would go onto the big rolls for the Packers and machines on the other side. I worked the Packers had three or four of these huge machines at once. At the last of our year I was doing digital pictures where it was on cd and prints. I could do it all at this place except the dark that is the only job there I didn't do but from start to finish I did it. It was the best company to work for the opportunity was incredible they shut down in 2006 Jane and I were the last two to look the building for the last time. Deli Associate

When I first started here closed the deli down making sure all is cleaned plus waiting on customers and making sure the outside area has been stocked plus making sure the dates are good moving things forward. Washing dishes cleaning floors emptying donuts marking down for sale putting other food in packages for cold sale. Then before long our donut girl left and Marsha spoonmoore asked me if I wanted the position and yes I did I was the first one in the store got the place up and running made the donuts did my breakout for the next day cleaned the walk-in and made sure all dates were right for others on our team.

I was working for a food place it was shutting down cause for reasons I don't know but I was the last one to get hired was there for only a week and a half but enough to get notice by a women who needed someone to clean her mom's house do laundry wash dishes vacuum floors sweep and mop change light bulbs make sure she took her vitamins for the day make beds I cleaned it all dusting mopping floors wiping doors and handles down cleaning refrigerator out and shopping at the end of the week work with her for about a week and then her sister wanted me to help her I had two houses to clean did them off and on I worked Mon wed Friday with Edna and Tuesday Thursday Saturday with Annie and on Sunday I would just make sure that they are good for the day. I have been working since I was 12yrs old started at working with a farmer down the road then when I was 16yrs old started working at a small restaurant that used to be in Gravette ark I was working there part time I was a dishwasher and buss boy still in school then I was working for the Bella Vista country club part time dishwasher and buss boy and helped shut the place down at night still in school. When I was 17yrs old had the opportunity to work for the nursing home in Gravette ark cleaned their rooms made sure they were dry changing their bed sheets and cleaning and washing the soiled laundry made sure they where comfortable all night worked there till I was 18yrs old put my two weeks in moved to Michigan where I worked for Applebee's and drinks from 1994-1996. Then moved to Texas worked at toys R us and the two ladies in their house. I have always gave my notice either an week to two or if could find someone to take my spot. I am a hard worker my only weekness I would say I have is I can't work outside for long periods at a time the heat gets to me fast. My strengths are that I also like to achieve in all areas if I don't understand something I wont give up untill I do. If I can't do it I will be the first to tell you I can't do this is there anywhere else I can be assigned but that hasn't happened to often.
