Responsible for all aspects of store design and construction for Guess? Retail apparel stores averaging 5,000 to 8,000 sq. ft. Scope of activity included 20-25 new stores per year. Involved in all phases of negotiation, including landlord and contractors/materials. Managed design and field construction support staff.

Responsible for design and construction including landlord negotiation, contracts and material purchasing for multiple stores in 34 states. Managed design team to produce imaginative stores that targeted the customer as well as being viable to build and maintain within a predetermined budget. Innovative management techniques provided accurate completion cost projections without sacrificing quality or timeliness and eliminated the need for a large repair and maintenance department.

Projects included a Victorian House restoration to be used as a museum, a "Pasadena Heritage Foundation" project to move 6 "Craftsman Style" bungalows to an alternate location and rebuild and restore to preserve only local example of this style of Architecture.
