The primary purpose of this position is planning, organizing, implementing, and directing all of Anuvia’s fundraising activities.
Work with the Board Development and Public Relations Board Committee and the CEO to develop strategies to initiate and meet aggressive fundraising goals.
Manage all strategies and activities for donor cultivation, solicitation, and relationships.
Maintain contact and cultivate partnerships with new and current grantors.
Provide oversight and direction for the development of grant proposals for public and private foundations, corporations, and government funding sources.
Assist the Board of Directors and CEO with researching and recommending prospective Board members who can contribute to fund development.
Donor Relations:
Manage and increase the current donor base and enhance the in-house tracking system.
Manage and maintain the fundraising database and tracking systems, including detailed tracking of funding opportunities.
Ensure all potential donors, donor partners, and community partners are kept up to date.
Organize an annual relationship-building and donor appreciation event.
Develop, implement and manage all agency fundraising activities including, but not limited to, gifts and/or funding from individuals, major donors, corporate donors, planned giving, endowments, workplace giving, grantmakers, annual fundraising initiatives, special events, and other fundraising projects or solicitations.
Identify and target audiences with this communications plan.
Develop collateral in-house and/or through contractors/vendors.
Collect success metrics and report outcomes regarding fund development.
Business Development:
Identify meaningful growth opportunities and the continuum of care by instituting a platform for increased effectiveness and collaboration through existing behavioral health services.
Evaluate, analyze, and interpret market demographics, including population, age, gender, race, and projected trends by attending meetings with organizations such as Benchmarks and i2i.
In collaboration with the CEO, evaluate, analyze, and interpret current behavioral health referral patterns and trends.
Responsible for community awareness and development of service line attributes, processes, and outcomes.

Evaluate, analyze, and interpret financial margins for the local behavioral health service line.
Develop new leads from community awareness and relationships. Credentialing and Contracts:
Oversees the credentialing specialist to ensure records and documents are complete, accurate, and compliant.
Evaluate and analyze contracts by Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) and Prepaid Health Plans (PHPs).
