(February 2024 – Present) Regent Aerospace Corporation (Aircraft seating division) – Sr. Program Manager/Sales

Reliable for generating and maintaining schedules for seat programs. This includes minimizing risks and removing obstacles that can impact programs.

Responsible for Southwest Airlines (Evolve Blue, Meridian and ISP).

Dependable for development phase from start to finish regarding PMA/OOP parts. This includes reverse engineering, tooling, sample parts, customer presentation and customer approval. Completed parts will be chosen for airline or MRO facility.

Liable for creating and maintaining Scope of Work (SOW) for all my programs on a regular basis.

Leads daily and weekly meetings with all support groups (Engineering, Certification, Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality Assurance.

Developed weekly and monthly reporting to management regarding status of programs; 5 x 15 reports, Stoplight Charts, Financial reports, and MS project.

Involved in acquiring new business regarding Aircraft interior products/services.

Focused on monitoring and maintaining schedules for overseas international program(s).

Responsible for working with Omni for creating PO’s, RO’s and Packing lists.

In charge of delivering teardown information to the customer after seats have been reviewed and inspected. This will be to introduce any parts that need to be ordered.

(April 2022 – June 2023) SAFRAN Seats Gainesville TX – Program Manager (PM)

Responsible for BOEING and Airbus programs (Jeju Air Z110i, Jeju Air Z600, CALC, NPD Scoot, ALC / KAL, ALC / Jeju Air, SIA, El Al, ALC / WFL, ETH and ALC / CDY.

PM worked with all depts daily. Engineering, Finance, Planning, Operations, Production, Quality, and Procurement.

PM makes sure all milestones are met per scheduled dates (ITCM, PDR, CDR, FAI and ODD). This includes NRE for all milestones if required.

In charge of daily or weekly calls with the customer and or BOEING. Responsible for weekly team IPT meetings to make sure everything is on track with the program.

PM will update BOEING and Airbus with weekly reports.

Responsible for S1 – S11 gate reviews for each program. This helps to make sure we are doing all items on the program(s).

PM creates weekly slides and PMR slides and adds them to the program management file.

PM is responsible for having a monthly PMR meeting with upper management. This helps to make sure that if anything needs to be elevated, it will be resolved (Budget or Program)

Updates the BOEING LOB bi-weekly.

Responsible for putting together a weekly 5 x 15 report on all activity for programs.

PM is involved with BOEING, Airbus and Embraer customer concern board Bi weekly.

Maintains communication with all departments to help avoid missing details.

(April 2021 – December 2021) SAFRAN Cabin US – Program Manager (PM)

Create /update for transferred categories. Gather information from stakeholders by face to face, email, or daily shop floor visits. This was a plant shut down contract.

Work with all functional departments; Engineering, Finance, Planning, Operations, Assembly, Quality, and Procurement daily.

Responsible for “Transfer of Work” (Injected molding machines / Tooling and Lay-up) for all Boeing parts.

Maintains Constant communication with Santa Maria and SAFRAN Tijuana on transfer of work status. Responsible for daily meetings, schedules and reporting to upper management.

PM provides information for J1 through J6 toll gate review for all transfer of work (Bi-weekly steering committees)

(August 2019 – August 2020) Precision Tech NPI Program Manager (PM)

Responsible for titanium casting development for new aerospace, ITAR defense and military programs. Programs include Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, and Collin

PM works daily with all departments (Engineering, Planning, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Customer service, Wax assembly, Foundry and Finance.

Responsible for trouble shooting any issues that come up. Work with the team to find a solution(s).

PM maintains constant communication with customers, via phone (weekly calls), email, fortnightly report.

Responsible for NPI Kick off, Scope of work (SOW), PO changes, create and maintain schedules. This includes alerting the customer when invoicing is due for sections completed on the program (NRE, tooling, Etc.)

PM is responsible for the Phase Gate review for developing actual costs for the Part(s). This was to make sure we were pricing the parts correctly.

(March 2017 – December 2018) Safran (Formally Zodiac Aerospace US) – Program Manager (PM)

PM is responsible for Embraer E1 platforms; E175, E190 and E195 and BOEING Ryan Air program.

PM oversees managing all Embraer “Product Change Requests"(PCR). This includes reconfigured ship sets and or retrofit kits.

PM is responsible for constant communication with the customer via the “Daily 3 Report”. Since this report has been implemented, Embraer has been very satisfied and receives the most up to date information for the next 3 upcoming PCR’s. In addition, a “Next 10” report is also provided weekly for upcoming ship sets.

Responsible for building relationships with all customers on a constant basis.

Responsible to work with all Zodiac Aerospace organizations locally and or around the globe when required.

In charge of controlling P & L. PM works with all departments and teams to identify savings and opportunities.

Successfully learned and managed the PCR process. Seat(s) / Kits. Scheduled deliveries have made a drastic turn for the better, since the new team has come full circle. Deliveries during the months of April through December 2017, have been 100% OTD or early. ZSC is now shipping via “Ocean” versus “Air” transit, which has reduced shipping costs drastically.

In charge of keeping the program(s) on track from the official “Go ahead” to completion.

Responsible for generating and maintaining a Scope of Work (SOW) for all my programs, on a regular basis.

Tasked with having weekly and daily (when necessary) meetings with support groups; Engineering, Sales, Certification, Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality Assurance, to ensure the programs run smoothly.

PM coordinates and executes, Kickoff meetings, Program schedules and Program financials. The PM supports the team and helps remove any obstacles that can impact the program(s), to help achieve a successful “On Time Delivery” (OTD).

Maintain customer support throughout post-delivery. This includes customer service, spare parts, customer issues and or organizing a team for any work required at the aircraft site. PM will also travel anywhere in the world when required to.

(July 2014 – March 2017) Embraer Aero Seating Technologies (EAST) – Program Manager (PM)

Responsible for Embraer / L3, VIP executive jet (Lineage 1000) seat programs. Aircraft ERJ 190-100 ECJ. This also includes third party customer programs.

In charge of the E2 PSA deliverables / set up, regarding the following aircraft programs; E175, E190 and E195. Duties include Product support, Training, Global MRO support, Spare parts, technical support, maintain inventory stock levels, etc.

PM manages customer seat refurbishment (New dress covers, shrouds, foam, minor modification, etc)

Provides weekly status updates to the customer on all programs.

Responsible for keeping the program on track from official “Go ahead” to completion.

PM creates and maintains a Scope of Work (SOW) for all my programs, on a regular basis.

Program management is responsible for holding daily and weekly meetings with support groups (Engineering, Certification, Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality Assurance). The PM is also responsible for generating “Meeting Minutes” (MoM), kickoff meetings, program schedules and program financials. The PM leads, supports and helps remove any negative obstacles that can impact the program, to achieve a successful “On time” delivery.

Tasked with creating new ideas that will help run the program more efficiently.

Responsible for entire program from start to finish. Program lead times are based on program type (how many ship sets), additional testing (dynamic and or static) and new design/design modification.

Responsible for increase profit margins where feasible; Change order request (COR) and or working with planning and procurement to find ways to lower costs regarding labor and parts while still maintaining our quality standards.

Successfully sold an additional $1M in change order requests within my 5 years of employment at TIMCO.

Responsible for creating and maintaining Scope of Work (SOW) for all my programs on a regular basis.

Responsible for customer event presentations which included Preliminary design review (PDR), Critical design review (CDR) and First article inspection (FAI).

Developed and maintained weekly team meetings to make sure all aspects of the program are on track. Team members included were Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Certification, Production, Assembly and Quality Assurance.
