I have a plethora of directorship capacities around the country, published 15+ articles/ book chapters related to academic resilience and technology innovations; presented research both nationally and internationally; and developed an inaugural Experiential Learning program in TX.

Coordinated statewide academic initiatives with USDA-RUS STEM technology grant funds, which led to connectivity for 13 individual K-12 and CTC campuses.

Coordinated all statewide task force committees which established transfer and course equivalency documentation, per policy recommendations.
