Accomplishments:

At Cummins I had the opportunity to participate in the improvement of an assembly machine of the line of injectors which had an extended cycle time and the rejections due to the assembly process. We were able to add a robot, a camera. In the end, cycle time was reduced by 50% and rejects were reduced by 90%. Using multiple tools (Brainstorm with cross functional team, Lean Manufacturing, Six-sigma project, small changes in some components).

I also had the opportunity to deliver 2 production lines of injectors.
