I am Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certified (ACLS). In addition I am Board Certified by the American Nursing Association (BC) which combines medical and mental health criteria for patient care. I have designed and implemented patient teaching literature on type two diabetes prevention. This teaching literature was implemented in 2012 and up-dated2017; the teaching tool was expanded for both ambulatory care setting and inpatient hospital setting.
