FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; Birmingham, AL 1986 to 2007 Discounter: Responsible for contract payments to dealers, including serving as liaison between customers and dealers. Verified all offerings were in compliance with Truth-In-Lending Act and procedural requirements, as well as verified title or MSO for each contract, and adequate insurance coverage on all leases before dealer payment. Contacted and notified appropriate dealership personnel of errors, and ensured prompt and accurate funding of all contracts. Verified and examined closing documents. Corrected contracts if there was a rejection after contract was entered. Knowledgeable of Promotions, buydowns, tier rates and residuals. Wholesale Clerk: Responsible for maintaining dealership inventory, coordinating transfers between dealers, billing and collecting dealer loans, capital, revolving and mortgage.
