Dear Hiring team,
I am applying for the Administrative Assistant position at your Company. I believe my experience in a similar role will be valuable to your company.
Before working as a teacher, I worked in this position with a couple of companies such as Howard Harbert Jones, Hughes Aircraft, and General Dynamics. I performed many administrative assistant tasks to help everyone achieve their administrative goals utilizing my professional capabilities.
I can perform all administrative work using my professional computer skills, such as typing Word documents, creating Excel sheets, preparing PowerPoint impressive presentations, filing, organizing, and archiving documents. My role was to help whoever needed my support to achieve their administrative work.
I enjoyed my time in this position because it allowed me to develop my technological skills as I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and Instructional Design. In addition, I excel in time management and communication skills.
I can also edit audio and video clips. I am also very well organized in filing company documents as all documents and correspondence are important to the company, and having a clean and organized filing system was vital to their success.
I am legally present in the USA with my Employment Authorization card (copy available upon request). Currently, I am in Pennsylvania, but anyway, I am moving to Orlando Florida very soon.
I have attached my resume for your review. I would welcome the opportunity to learn more about the company's needs and to discuss this position further.
Sincerely,
Boules Shehata
Ps. I am ready to relocate to my new job’s location
