Superintendent – PCI, Inc. April 2019–April 2020

Responsible for supervising buildout of Raiders headquarters and Raiders Stadium levels 150, 200, 250 where the suites are located. Managed door frame install and metal stud framing, drywall and finishes.

Superintendent/ Sales & Marketing – Southwest Specialty Coatings, Inc. Aug 2014–2019 Responsible for spray-applied fireproofing, EFIS, Stucco, venetian plaster and acoustical soundproofing in California and Nevada. Transitioned to sales position to utilize contacts developed over many years.

Regional Manager – First Service Residential Dec 2013 July 2014 Regional duties included working with over one hundred gated communities in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada for maintenance and new installs. Directed crews, created qualified bids, worked within budgets to maintain profitability. Responsible for maintaining a safe manpower-working environment.

General Foreman - Southwest Specialty Coatings Inc Sept-Dec 2013 Direct responsibility for all spray applied fireproofing performed by SWSC on projects including Adult Detention Center in Fairfield, California, Red Rock mall, and the SLR Casino in Las Vegas. Responsibilities included material ordering, time keeping and equipment rental, use and upkeep. General Manager – HyBar Windows and Doors 2011-2013 Orchestrated field operations, purchased products, submitted information into company software, audited inventory, boosted quality control, and rejuvenated the entire facility. Vice President of Operations - M&H Building Specialties 2005-2011 Directed all operations within the company, created budgets, improved marketing, qualified bids, orchestrated field operations, generated financial statements, etc. Projects included South Point Casino, Streamline Tower, Tahiti Timeshares, McCarran Airport Satelite “D” wings and Tower, Gorman High School, East & West Career Technical Academies, and many other schools and commercial projects.

Plastering General Foreman/Superintendent – M&H Building Specialties 2002-2005 Validated time keeping, coordinated all crews, generated work orders, produced material orders, facilitated equipment and scaffolding, reinforced quality of work, ensured projects completed on time and under budget.
