Manage volunteers from the volunteer churches that prepare the Community Suppers.
Receive and route business correspondence to correct staff members.
Inform and support the church leaders through communication and administrative support duties.
Keep office and Community Suppers supplies well organized and sufficiently stocked.
Create church bulletin weekly.
Serve dinners to the homeless and marginalized at the Community Suppers.
Manage a dining room of 75 to 95 dinner guests.
Recognize guest issues prior to escalation and apply the proper and effective resolution.
