Support of Lock Box Accounting application
Maintenance of Lock Box accounting application for over 450 clients and boxes.
Additions on the Mainframe for new clients and boxes which included: loading of the input to a Data Base; setting up TWS scheduling; program additions and modifications to extract from the Data Base and to satisfy the requirements of the client; JCL and control member creation to process the input and produce the required reports and files for the client and sending the reports and files to the Server(s) for the client to retrieve.
Client requested changes were thoroughly tested and modifications moved to production after approval.
I was on a bi-weekly schedule for on-call support (24/7) to address any errors encountered during production executions and to debug and correct the errors in order to meet the SLA for the client.
I also participated in several larger projects to interface files to and from other applications, such as HOGAN, GL, and ACH.

Senior team member on Enterprise Security Compliance Application which maintains all accesses for all associates (Employees and Contractors) at Metlife. This application: collects accesses from and sends interface files to VPN, AD, UNIX, RACF, HR, and hundreds of in-house applications), sends scheduled certifications of these accesses to the manager(s), and acts upon the results of the completed certifications.
