Finance Responsibilities:
Review & checking the invoices/bills and entered in accounting software (Tally)
Maintain General Ledger and preparation of Vouchers
Processing the payments/advances of vendors and staff
Processing institutional dues (Rent, Water, Electricity and other office expenses)
Preparing of bank reconciliations.
Preparing the monthly Salary Sheet of the employees.
