-Work remotely call center, responsible for strict security and financial interpretation of client investment accounts.

-Transferring funds, wire, check and transfer to checking with taze translation for the clients bookkeeping.

-Mostly fast paced environment, showing, scheduling, marketing, daily contact with new customers, assignments to many parts of the state.

-Coordinate delivery of information to customers, both buyers, sellers.

-Initiating deadlines, communicating through email, phone, in person with adherence to state regulation and keeping up with continuing education requirements

-Property management of 12 units at this time.

Assist Manager

-Responsible for conducting customer transactions.

-Help maintain branch safety and security standards Completing weekly branch audits, lead in collection efforts on past due promissory notes.

-Begin the arbitrary procedure and ensuring that notes are in compliance with County, Federal, State, and Local laws

-Balance daily drawers and receipts

Customer Service Representative

-Billing Specialist I enjoyed working there and made great money in sales retention. Spent all day on the phones, helping people learn how to use the internet.

-Learned a lot about Microsoft Windows and computers, enough to help do technical support.

-Management overall did a good job, until AOL went to a canned script instead of letting sales people use their own skills.

-Hardest part was adapting to the script, when what I used in my experience worked better and was more successful.

-Most enjoyable part of the job was the satisfaction received in helping new users to computers learn how to use them, maintain them, and find fun on the internet.
