Managed all professionals involved in the development and mapping of a structural remediation plan for a new 150-unit apartment building in Brooklyn, NY. The building had a partial structural failure due to miscalculations within the structural design.

Conducted preliminary studies and programming for the Dover Free Public Library, Dover NJ. Architect of Record for the Renovation/Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include architectural, engineering design and CM services.

Construction Code Consultant acting on behalf of building owners for resolution of code violations on various projects.

Recruited to oversee the redesign and transformation of an existing 52-story landmark building situated in the historic district of downtown Manhattan.

Immediately identified a code violation missed by preceding construction oversight that would have cost $1.2M to correct if not for the expert development of an innovative solution that saved over $1M.

Directed the construction of over 100K square feet in a class A, “Landmarked” office, and retail building in just over 10 months.

Worked in conjunction with specialized consultants in the process to gain city approval for modifications to a public pedestrian plaza in downtown New York City.

Selected by Goldman Sachs to participate in building a new department within the Corporate Services and Real Estate unit that continues today as the Real Estate Planning and Strategy department.
