Sep 2017 to Present*: INNOVATION DESIGN LEADER at Kaiser Permanente, Pleasanton CA Working with Kaiser’s AI focused Insights Driven teams, I played a critical role in bridging the gap between complex artificial intelligence platforms and user-centric experiences. My day-to-day tasks involved overseeing research and design processes from concept to implementation, ensuring that AI/ML based applications are accessible, intuitive, and engaging for users with highly personalized, actionable insights. I work with visionary leadership & B2B Clients crafting and executing design strategies aligned with organizational goals. Being a part of multi-faceted cross-functional teams, I play pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of design processes of variety of innovative applications that use advanced Generative AI, Automation, Simulation and LLMs. I help facilitate collaboration between designers, developers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that user experience and interface design are integrated seamlessly with AI and ML functionalities.

Oct 2015 to July 2017: DESIGN DIRECTOR at Cognizant CTS, San Francisco CA As a design director for Ecommerce Team, my role revolved around orchestrating innovative design solutions using AI, Big Data and IoT for high-profile multinational clients like Parker, Pepsi, GAP, Barnes & Noble, Walgreens, Parker, Sephora and Google. I hosted strategic client meetings along with executive leadership to align their design initiatives with their overarching goals. A significant portion of my role as part of cross-functional digital transformation teams was dedicated to overseeing RFP docs, SOWs, pitch/concept design, and ensuring that the design team delivers cutting-edge solutions that align with clients' brand identities and user expectations. Tasked with modernizing the user interfaces of online platforms mission was to seamlessly integrate advanced UI principles and data-driven compelling design strategies. Noteworthy assignments - Customized dashboard of insights for Parker's cloud services interface, enhancing manufacturing process and user experience. Another standout project involved collaborating with Walgreens on personalized ecommerce AI solution, where our design innovations contributed to a robust, impactful, and memorable user experience.
Oct 2014 to Aug 2015: USER EXPERIENCE LEAD at Virgin Media, London UK Worked with very well-equipped design team on flagship products and heavily funded project. I lead the user experience team for the project defining key content strategies, improving the overall customer experience for their e-commerce service portal. Responsibilities include gathering insights using data analytics, user research, usability testing, conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews, develop principle techniques to improve business sales and reduce churn. Notable Projects- Predictive AI Checkout, 1-click ordering, Quickstart installs, Auto Basket recovery using Personalization, Dashboard App using Data Analytics and Data Science (TV & Web), Mini basket(Mobile), AI based Online product comparison tool.
Jul 2014 – Oct 2014: INTERACTION DESIGN LEAD at British Airways, London UK Lead project for BA’s common architecture team to develop brand new Visual design standards guide for Enterprise mobile (native and web) applications. Stakeholders were among 45+ different teams of BA including - Flight OPS, Flight Crew and Engagement, Staff operations, Mobile OPS, Analytics, Engineering as well as third party offshore agencies. I was able to work with a lot of their stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities. Notable Projects – Published User Strategy guide based on content design, IA, data analytics and various industry standards, hi-fidelity design assets and comprehensive style guide.
