Lead Sales & Marketing including Branding, Sales, Corporate Marketing, New Product Launch, Press Relations, Digital Marketing, International & Domestic Business Facilitators, Media and Corporate communication. Work with CEO to establish both short-term and long-term strategy, revenue forecast and budgets. Create an outreach plan for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, marketing and communications. Develop growth strategies in consultation with the management and team members. Liaising with CEO to make decisions for operational activities, set strategic goals and administrative marketing. Collaborates with Homecare, Home Health and Hospice conversions. As the director, I strived to achieve fulfillment in community relations to the greatest extent practicable. I worked in partnership with community-based providers, administration and clinical staff to develop and implement hospice programs that promote hospice in designated communities. I developed and promoted community relations opportunities, while being the bridge of communication to departments within the hospitals, clinical centers, PCPs, and specialists to develop plans and promote new and ongoing initiatives in their areas. This included health centers, community coalitions to develop programs, events and new initiatives that promote marketing and community relations.

As a Hospice Care Consultant, my emphasis was on the quality of life, as defined by the patient, when the quantity of life has become limited. The Dignity and humanness of a dying person and the focus on the relief of any discomfort caused by the illness of patients and families is my priority. My strength is assisting physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, patients, and families with education, communication, and goals for end-of-life care. From the first meeting with a patient, understanding the goals of care needed, the family dynamics, DME, transportation, and medications are all a part of this initial process.
