• Designed and launched a brand new Gmail video ads format, resulting in a 4x increase in the number of verified advertiser pages, a 3.6x increase in daily page views, and bringing the video ad format into scope.
• Organize cross-team OKR alignment workshops to define design principles and roadmap for the advertiser identity verification initiative.
• Lead ideation, concept explorations, digital strategy definition, and solution execution to create a progressive verification experience for advertisers at different risk levels. This milestone increased trust in Google by reducing gaps in transparency between consumers and advertisers .
