Played an integral part in managing photo processes for HBO, HBO Documentaries and HBO Max Original Series. Performed various key tasks, including rate negotiations, recruitment of photography crews, and talent scheduling. Worked in seamless collaboration with series creative teams, showrunners, photographers, talent managers, public relations, legal and corporate. Produced substantial volume of photo edits in alignment with company requirements, marketing campaign and concurrent show editing demands. Interpreted and upheld talent obligations for photo selection and approvals in adherence to contractual agreements and legal guidelines. Steered all aspects of unit coverage, including vetting, planning, budget tracking, obtaining pre-approvals, and addressing pre-production needs.
