This is not a traditional Resume because I have been in the Wholesale frozen food distribution business as sole Owner/Operator for over 20 years.
I developed, established and managed wholesale frozen food distribution warehouse that was fully licensed and inspected by the USDA maintaining a Restaurant Food Establishment License for decades, along with 12 individual USDA Mobile Food Establishment License's for my fleet of food delivery trucks.
I personally and my corporation was licensed by the State of Michigan and the Federal Food Stamp Program (SNAP) Food Program to accept and process government food cards and vouchers at my establishment, and All my delivery trucks were also licensed and permitted to accept food cards mobily from 1995 until I closed my doors in 2015
. For 20 yrs I maintained in good standings with all federal, state and local laws License's and regulations.
