I have over twenty years of Accounting and Financial Reporting experience from basic cash transactions, projections, and reconciliations, AP/AR, JEs, TB reconciliations, Accruals, Bad debt/write-offs, Period-ending closes, Fixed Asset Accounting, Financial Statement presentation and analysis, trending/forecasting, budgets, Pro-forma, cost accounting, project accounting, statutory reporting, SOX-BRADLEY, ad-hoc problem solving and prior-period changes, and most other GAAP related policies and procedures. I am not one to say I know it all, but I know where to look when I do not have the answer!

Throughout my career, I have always been more of a financial analyst than an accountant, merging the two aspects together. I not only verify the completion and accuracy of the financials, but review from the big picture and find its story. Provide the trends, forecasts, concerns, and anticipate the questions the audience may have in presentation. Include the supporting documentation of those anticipated questions to give integrity to your answers and recommendations. It’s important to visualize and understand the conceptual vision and goals, to interpret and develop the path towards them, along with the analysis and valuation to monitor the direction of that path.
