EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

I have over 30 years experience with Project Management and Supervision on work in commercial occupied tenant improvements, clean rooms, bio tech, retail, private schools, churches, historical facilities, residential, multi-use & occupied apartment buildings work.

As a second-generation contractor, I bring a lifetime of construction experience. I possess in-depth knowledge and leadership ability forged from those 30 years of managing commercial construction. In the Bay Area, I have completed over 600 successful projects ranging from a few thousand dollars up to multi millions. My vast experience and thorough understanding of all aspects of a project enables me to create and execute a tight, efficient schedule. Owners and engineering/design groups appreciate my ability to speak in their terms and problem solve effectively. Some of my responsibilities over the years have included business development, end-to-end project management as well as overseeing a seasoned field of superintendents and Principal. I excel in work in occupied spaces with constant interface, so the users and public will not be affected and there is no loss of business or occupancy. Most of my past clients call me first to assist in the design and budget phase prior to hiring the architect and engineers. Some of my great strengths lie in in-depth and knowledge of construction methods, the ability to organize and plan projects to ensure the schedule and budget requirements are met. I am also proficient in estimating, scheduling, budget control, on-site coordination of subcontractors, and coordination with the owner and engineering/design groups. EDUCATION
