Coordinates daily powering and proper shutdown of generators assigned to manufacturing factories

Troubleshoots and resolves electrical failures on diesel generator for optimum functioning.

Prepares and submits weekly failure analysis

ACHIEVEMENT: Met 99.95% power availability target for November 2022; I was able to rescue a power outage during operation by fixing observed fault in time.

Performed routine PPM on DG (15-30kva) in thirty (30) IHS sites within and outside Ibadan metro

Supervised installations and maintenance of ATS.

Carried out troubleshooting of DG electrical components such as AVR and main alternator.

Carried physical on-site inspection of all assigned sites within timeline

Handled all cutover activities and escalated RMS and Solar Solution issues on sites

Carried out communication of team activities through emails and calls with line managers and NOC and submitted reports of failures to line manager.

ACHIEVEMENT: Reduced loss of DG by following maintenance plans and saving costs on DG repairs by proactive repairs of faulty genset. Achieved zero diesel loss by carrying out routine spot checks for diesel on all assigned sites.
