Experience:

DaVita (Hematology): Laboratory Assistant; to receive and ensure proper identification of specimens to be tested on Dialysis Patients. To make sure that all specimen that were collected had been resulted in a timely manner, and filing the specimens for future retrieval if needed. To contact physicians with Critical results that had been deemed necessary by a Medical Technologist. Responsible for keeping the Hematology Department supplied with office materials and reagents as needed for the running of the analyzers, and to assist other departments when requested by Managerial supervisors. Florida Hospital (Cytology Laboratory): Cytology Preparatory Technician;

Perform various tests on received specimens for diagnosing of cancer, order tests to be performed by outside departments. Remain in contact with doctor’s offices via E-mail and phone to update on test being performed and / or results. Maintain slides for review or investigations, as required by federal regulations. To insure that all HPV testing was performed on the designated Pap smear specimens. (2001 – 2008)

Osceola County (Fire and Rescue): 911 Dispatcher; Handled large volumes of emergency calls, dispatched appropriate emergency personal in a timely manner, maintained decisive direction in chaotic situation, to ensure the best possible outcome. (1999 -2001)
