Perform routine and scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify persistent problems to ensure maximum operation and minimal down time

Perform troubleshooting and repairs of cup machines, conveyer belt, bagger, Perform repair/replacement of equipment on production lines Determine the root cause of equipment failure and execute actions to prevent future occurrence

Ensure all manufacturing equipment is running efficiently.

Report to Supervisor any problems or inefficiencies in the equipment. Fixed Machines to run proficiency or any mechanical issues (plumping, electrical, motors)

Change male mold, female, and insert housing, loading gun, sensor

Change air pilot, steam injector, magvalue, water steam line, housing

Fix chain, broken bucket, broken tap on Inc machines

Realignment on mold by using alignment instrument

Make sure finish print on products is good before shipment

Rebuild air pilot, loading gun, and steam injector

Acid wash on male mold, female mold and housing

Fix sweeper, fat lip, suken bottom, hot cup, wet cups, flash cup, or bad cup problems

Safety Lock out/Tag out rules

Troubleshoot packaging line equipment problems to determine root cause

Make effective repairs and adjustments to packaging line equipment in a timely manner

Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM s) to insure equipment efficiency

Demonstrate ability to set up and change over all packaging line equipment in a timely manner to insure minimum down time and smooth start up

Operate packaging line and related equipment including startup, adjustments, clearing jams, manual operations and shutdown

Achieve required OEE levels on assigned packaging lines

Perform and practice good housekeeping

Follow all applicable waste, scrap reduction and recycling guidelines

Check production for Quality on cups before shipment

Check printing issues on label products

Make sure production line met it quota

Check make sure line and date are printed on the box label correctly
