1. Attending Calls and transferring to the respective extension, Dialing Outgoing calls on request from CEO & Department Heads (Managers). 2. Receiving the Visitors, USA Guests and informing to the respective departments to attend to the visitors on time, including vendors, clients & candidates attending Interviews.

3. Taking care of Meetings & Conferences for CEO & Managers. 4. Co-ordination to arrange the Quotations for the required materials. 5. Completing the works assigned by the CEO, Managers / Superiors as and when needed

6. Submission of Reports required by the CEO/Managers / Superiors 7. Worked as secretary for CEO.
