I am currently the front office administrator. I handle all the customers that come in for estimates and repairs. I am there to greet everyone and make sure all paperwork is properly signed. I answer phone calls & emails from potential customer, customers we have coming in, ones that have vehicles in our shop & insurance companies. If need be I make arrangements for vehicles to be towed in. I receive payments to go to files or to go into the CENPOS. In addition, I file scan & open mail.
