Won Program of the Year from LACUSPA for providing win-win retention efforts in post- secondary, higher education support in Louisiana.
Remove internal and external barriers and coach student success strategies to Academic Success Coaches who support limited-resourced students to, through, and beyond college for upward social mobility.
Partner, communicate, and brainstorm regularly with executives, donors, and alumni advisors from external partners such as local nonprofits, high schools, and community colleges in New Orleans and Lafayette (i.e., College Track, Collegiate Academies, KIPP Schools, Safe Hayvnn, Acadiana Cares, Lafayette Foundation Clinic).
Lead expansion of $200,000 renovation of the LEP Success Center with a Technology Center and lecture space.
