I am a dynamic leader with extensive years of progressively responsible management experience, with a unique blend of refinery, chemical, construction, facility management service and firefighter/paramedic. I've utilized this unique background to develop my skills in a hands-on approach to problem solving and team building through training and mentoring employees.

I’ve used my background to promote a proactive, progressive department within the organizations where I have worked. My various duties included Offshore Medical Operations Manager, HSE Paramedic, facility management, training, emergency response, and internal compliance auditor.

• Facility Management – Responsible for the day-to-day operations of 1.5 M square feet of office space. Provided a safe, comfortable work environment for tenants, visitors, and customers, while staying within budgetary restraints.

• Trainer - Responsible for the corporate, state, and federal compliance training of employees in Texas and Louisiana. I am certified by the state of Texas Fire Marshal’s office, as a level 2 Instructor in firefighting and Texas Department of State Health Services as an Emergency Medical Services Instructor.

• Accident Investigation – Traveled to the incident location, investigated “in order to” determine Root Cause and reported back my analysis to corporate management. Used this knowledge to provide proactive training to prevent further such incidents.

• Emergency Response – Responded to corporate emergencies with the Logistics Facility Functional Team. I helped to organize annual oil spill drills, including pre-planning of staging areas, and emergency contacts in the different locations.

• EMS Skills Instructor – Responsible for EMS skills training, evaluation, and clinical preceptor for the Lone Star Community College Cy- Fair Campus. Providing training for EMS students through hands – on approach and mentoring of students.

I’m looking utilize my extensive experience, knowledge, and skills to assist, develop and maintain a HSE culture that is recognized by our peers for our proactive and progressive training and employees through on-going training, accountability, and compliance audits.
