Service Link includes a no of enhancement of account aggregation. Supervised 4 data engineer in developing the V-CIP (Video based customer identification process) is to provide human like intelligence to document the data which can’t be compromised. This product was developed through AI and Machine learning by using different algorithms.
The V-CIP includes the features like image extraction, classification, object detection, validation, facial recognition, video-based identity and verification which makes it a complete end to end process in onboarding. The current system lacks the ability to analyse online BIG DATA. So, Hadoop was introduced to overcome this challenge. After claim adjudication, the CPF will be generated which will be used by the payment jobs to create EOB (Explanation of Benefits). The claims are updated in MECREC DB once the payment is done.
