Managed and oversaw day to day activities of operations, including planning and coordinating with 14 departments of Stamford University Bangladesh for self-assessment report, EPR report and PSAIPR

Prepare agenda and arranging QAC meeting, IQAC meeting and PSAC meeting. Also compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

Contract with UGC & BAC for drafting quarterly financial report, semi-annual report and annual report

Coordinating faculty training and administrating staff training
