Lead of a large workstream with multiple development teams(off/onshore) to build AI-assisted system to read scientific information that could then be classified and analyzed by experts in their particular fields of Chemistry or Life Sciences.

Lead to develop a Vendor Relations program for an organization looking to integrate COTS solutions into their new SaaS back-office solution to save development time and resources. Conducted thorough research, vetted, and evaluated potential vendors with PoCs by identifying viable partners and developing relationships with them.

Lead in the implementation of a Master Data Management program for a global financial institution. Led teams, starting with 28 people, to oversee data architecture and governance for the bank's retail banking portfolio. Policies, procedures, and metrics were defined and implemented to establish a federated data architecture within the bank's portfolio and support the ongoing development of a global data lake.

Lead to develop and implement an application rationalization plan as part of an Enterprise Architecture program for a division of a large government aerospace contractor. Resulted in annual savings of $2 million in punitive licenses yearly.

Led for the implementation and facilitated the ongoing combined GRC process and architecture board within a distributed IT department, providing the CIO with complete visibility into ongoing projects.

Lead in the creation of a reusable microservices library for multiple aerospace commercial products, removing the silos between the different products and groups. This resulted in significant cost savings of several million dollars in redundant development efforts across the nation.

Developed and executed CIO strategies to keep Ginnie Mae Mortgage system operational during ‘08 US Housing crisis, keeping the re-platforming initiative moving forward while accommodating increased demand (6x) as US credit systems were frozen and the industry pivoted to Federal mortgages.

Assumed role of Lead IT executive in addition to current roles to stabilize small IT Federal Contractor (Project Portfolio value = $7M) when owner suddenly became medically incapacitated for 1 year.

Assumed role of Lead IT executive for mid-sized IT Federal contractor when current management was relieved for inappropriate work practices. Performed project recovery and delivery that was about to be terminated for cause.

Established and managed a small boutique IT firm for 13 years, specializing in design and management of implementing large-scale document management and workflow computer systems in Energy, Telecom, and Federal sectors.
