Of these 26 crew members, only one- a track hoe operator, had any previous experience, training or certifications.
I instructed all of my original crew, and all those that followed, of every safety protocol, every maintenance procedure, then live-
"hands on training" on the equipment.
My pride is strong still for my 'dirt crew".
