Process/audit all the tools received, by entering the number of tools in our work order log, create a tracking number, verify each tool with the tally list provided, enter all the tools in our work order list sheet, enter the work order number and due date to return the tools to our client in our calendar

Review each certificate assigned to each calibrated tool in Metquay database, confirm all data and information is 100% accurate matching the tool, calibration data, sticker affixed and approve the certificate

Invoiced each tool calibrated in Xero accounting system, audit each tool with the invoice with the batch in the bin and process with delivery packing slips

Deposit the checks received from our clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis at the bank
