Learned how to differentiate between the different IRA’s, annuities and what paperwork was needed to assist the Financial Advisor’s with while they were in the field. Learned the company’s preferred method of answering the telephone, as well as how to use the company computer system.

McLane Food Services- Customer Service Representative – 11/2021-5/2022

Learned how to operate the AS-400 computer system, so that I was able to learn how to pull electronic orders from it for the clients, as well as learn the preferred telephone etiquette and in-house communications with the warehouse staff via hand-held radio, learned how to run reports for the trucking routes and put up the routes for the driver’s deliveries.
