Desktop Support Experience

Part of an 8 member Customer Support team that would configure/trouble/install switches and Windows 10 work station that supported any and all events being held at Ball Arena supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 work stations.

Part of 8 member Customer Support team that would provide Windows 10 support in both a remote and on site environment, (Hybred) for over 1,500 computer end users. The team support all events being held. IT Services which include but not limited to : Comedy shows, music shows, 3 types of sporting events, and any event that were too be held on any property that KSE Sports owned/operates in the Denver area.
