Company was acquired by Bridgeway in 2023. In addition to the responsibilities I had at ATI I also recruited independent owner operators (independent contractors) and conducting detailed onboarding orientation for contractors. Designed, created and implemented ads across the US for this national company. Utilizing different job boards, social media platforms and worked to develop organic lead generation.
