Conducted a qualitative exploratory case study to explore the participation of African American fathers in their children’s early education.
The guiding theoretical frameworks for this study were Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory, Lev Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, and Urie Bronfenbrenner's ecological systems.
