REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST

Sales,Retail,Business Development Role, Category:Channel Sales Role:Regional Sales Manager Keyskills, Regional Sales Sales Management Appoint Branding Region, Sales Marketing & marketing Footwear. & Distributions. The main job was to train the respective ASM's and BDOs to conduct sales activity required to be done by them. ASM's and BDOs' to get into maximum branding activity at the retailers end. I have to monitor the daily sales activity in his entire region and see to it that it is as per expectation of the management. Here I have to study the effectiveness of the ASMs and BDOs and if they are not found effective, I have to arrange to replace them. Staff to be motivate the effective sales team and get the sales targets of the region achieved through this team. To take proper required follow up of timely payments in the entire region. With the Team I have to explore the untapped markets in his region and ask ASMs to find and appoint required number of distributors to cover the untapped markets. Timely Merchandising planning as per the season has to be planned accordingly so timely the Merchandise are available in the market. To report on weekly and monthly basis about the teams performance, new retails entered, new products introduced, new distributors introduced, sales generated. I have to always share with management about the roadmap of the plans to increase the sales. Report on monthly basis the target set and achievement of the same. With the help of the Entire team and Management help We do all such activities required to increase and maximize companys' sales in the designated areas.
