Started as a baler operator for 5 months and then work in shipping. Made leadman after 2 yrs. Duties included loading and unloading trucks, scanning product properly to the floor, stacked away product neatly and safely throughout the plant, and working together as a team with co-workers. There was an
inventory done every month for the whole plant. As a leadman i had to do bill of lading for finished trucks and make sure first out were done first by the drivers. Also bale trucks had to be added up for total weight and put in the computer every day. Then sometimes you had costumer pick-ups for special orders. This is an AIB certified plant so i am also familiar with those procedings too
