Liaison for BI Worldwide (Minneapolis, Minnesota) and their largest client - GM in Detroit Michigan. Collaborate with GM executive leadership and division team leads to design, implement, monitor, report progress, close out and pay Sales reps and Sales managers for Retail Sales management Incentive programs for GM dealers across the United States. Work with highly complex data and technical concepts, utilizing strong analytical skills with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SQL tools, HTML, and company specific software. Also ran Customer Transportation Program operations for GM (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac) for all dealers in North America utilizing SQL Tools to pull, produce, and deliver highly sensitive metrics reporting for a variety of client deliverables on-time in a highly competitive environment.
