MAJOR WORK EXPERIENCE
HIGH PRESSURE PD COMPRESSORS:
This unit consists of multi stage, horizontal split casing and multi stage Motor driven Positive Displacement compressor. Motor has the Power Of 11 KV Synchronous Motor, With 300 RPM. Operating pressure 0.5 Kg/Cm2 to 252 Kg/Cm2 and flow 40,000 NMC/Hr having Varible Capacity Pockets Which Varies the Load From 59.6 to 100%. Manufacturer Ingersol
INSTRUMENT AIR COMPRESSOR:
Two Pd Reciprocating Air Compressor Made By Worthington USA. Each Having Capacity
5000 Nm3/Hr (9.7 Kg/Cm2 & & 40 C ) .Instrument Air Dryer (2300 Nm3/Hr) Supply Air At 8.5 Kg/Cm2 With Storage Capacity Of 1500 Nm3.
STRIPPER:
Bimetallic Stripper Decomposes Unconverted carbamate back to NH3 and Co2 and Carries near about 80% decomposition Load Of Plant. It is a falling film type Stripper using Saturated MS for Decomposition.
DISTILLATION SECTION :
This section is installed to purify polluted water coming from Urea reactor. We recover NH3 & CO2 by distillation and recycle back to plant. Section is equipped with distillation tower, heat exchangers and reflux accumulator
HYDROLYSIS SECTION:
Distillation Tower with 55 Valve Trays Hydrolysis of Urea into NH3/CO2 For further purification of wastewater & decompose urea contents, hydrolyser section is installed. Operating pressure is 38Kg/Cm .
MEDIUM PRESSURE DECOMPOSER:
Medium Pressure Decomposer Falling Film type Decomposer. Having Carbamate in Tube side and BLS at Shell side For decomposition.
LOW PRESSURE DECOMPOSER:
Low Pressure Decomposer Urea solution as well as Unconverted Carbamate in tube side and Medium Pressure Decomposer Off gasses in shell side for decomposition.
UREA SYNTHISIS AND HIGH PRESSURE SECTION:
Urea Reactor consists of 15 sieve tray.Falling film NH3 stripper Carbamate condenser + Waste Heat Boiler.Having two centrifugal pumps with operating pressure 245kg/cm2 and two centrifugal carbamate pumps with operating pressure 170kg/cm2
WASTE HEAT BOILER:
U Tube type Carbamate Condenser Condenses Stripper Effluents and uses Latent Heat as well ac Sensible Heat for Low Pressure Steam Generation in Shell Side.
PREHEATERS:
It preheats NH3 From 32c to 94 c and Its outlet Send to Urea Reactor For Reaction. It uses LPD and PCT vapors at Shell side for preheating.
HIGH PRESSURE FEED PUMPS:
SUNSTRAND Centrifugal Double stage Pump. Having 245 kg/cm2 Discharge and 132 m3/hr Flow rate with Back to Back Mechanical Seals Tandem Arrangement.
HIGH PRESSUR RECYCLE PUMPS:
SUNSTRAND Centrifugal Double stage Pump. Having 170 kg/cm2 Discharge and 82 m3/hr Flow rate with Back to Back Mechanical Seals Tandem Arrangement.
AIR COMPRESSOR UNIT:
4 Stage PD Compressor manufactured by BAUYRE. Having Flow rate 32 NMC/hr supplies High Pressure Air For the Passivation of Carbamate Stripper Tube Sibe
SEPARATOR:
The Vessel having 13 M3 volume Separates Carbamate solution and Off gasses Off gasses Sent to Medium Pressure Section and Carbamate Solution Recycled Back to Urea Reactor through High Pressure Carbamate Feed Pump
