Status: Full-Time position working in the Installation Department

Rate of Pay: $28 / HR

Vacation: 10 days PTO annually once probation period is completed

Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.

You will be responsible for providing labor support to a crew of fellow Installation Department employees in the execution of daily work orders. You will be expected to manage many tasks concurrently and successfully and follow the direction of your Senior crew members.

You will initially be reporting to Tom Ritchie, the Director of Installation, who manages our work across the entire state of CA from several locations both remotely and in the office. Mr. Ritchie’s contact information is as follows:

Your scheduled start date is March 6th or sooner. This start date is subject to you completing any documents requested by Human Resources which you must agree to and are pre-conditions of your employment, where required by us and where permitted by law.

Your enrollment eligibility into the company’s sponsored benefits program after the initial 45 days of employment. The company will cover half the cost of the lowest monthly tier offered of health coverage, dental coverage, and vision coverage for the employee. Employee to cover the remaining balance of health coverage costs through weekly payroll deductions. Employees are responsible for 100% of the cost of any dependents enrolled in the company plan. Employees are eligible for enrollment in the company 401k program after their 90th day of employment.
