DIGITAL Business Unit

Responsible for the successful execution of a Line of Business product commitments and agile product delivery. Drove the transformation of 3 lines of business by setting an agile vision, creating roadmaps, training and coaching and solid and consistent delivery models- partnering with business and technology leaders.

•Provided leadership to Senior Management about the Agile Vision, Journey and Transformation benefits and effort. Updated progress monthly.

•Created a specific training and coaching program across IT. Led and converted over a dozen IT teams to Agile.

•Partnered with Product and Platform owners in Maaco, Meineke and CarWash business segments to form product vision and roadmaps, and built initial product backlogs. Led teams to successful delivery of multiple cloud, marketing, internet and reporting products and platforms.

•Planning lead for annual PMO Budget, Product and Delivery teams financial planning, and monthly budget reporting for 23 projects as part of a portfolio.

•Started, and brought together 6, new Product Leaders in Europe and USA to guide the delivery of new product development effort aimed at transforming global recruiting. Created detailed vision, persona, roadmap and value stream planning workshops to start and perform updated quarterly value stream maps.

•Led a scaled-agile developent effort for Global CRM and recruiting system development. Trained agile coaches in 3 countries, working with Salesforce, to implement overall program structure and scrum of scrums.

•Directed Agile Development for 14 teams to implement Agile Kanban and Scrum Methodology for a Global development. Coached these teams to successfully implemented completed sprints, improving velocity by an average of over 75% and maturity by 1 full CMM level each time.

•Developed communities of practice for product owners, then scrum masters. Implemented a mentoring program to foster soft skills, collaborative practices, and skill building within and across teams.
