As commercial superintendant I supervised multiple tenant improvement jobs. Including Boise, Caldwell and the Treasure valley. We just finished a large commercial remodel at the Boise Airport for the new PSA screening lanes. Managing employees and sub contractors for each job daily. I am very detail oriented with the skills to manage multiple jobs and handle any situation that comes my way. I am personal and professional with all employees and subcontractors.

Self Employed 2020-2022

Multiple jobs, paint corrections for used and new cars on car lots, remodeling homes and other misc jobs.

Zach Evens Construction 2018-2020

My Duties as the superintendent where very detailed. Ensure the deliveries for product where on time, working with scheduling all of the subcontractors for each job site. Reading new plans for the job, managing and running the new construction. Running and managing multiple houses at one time.

Padddock Construction 2019-2020

This was a carpentry job I worked as a second job. Interior, exterior trimming work, Floors and cabinets.

Carl’s Cycle Sales 2017-2018

As the lot maintenance specialist, my duties include helping our sales and service teamsproviding clean and detail units offering help where needed. Other duties include managing our warehousing and unit inventory in a clean and tidy manner. I also help with the transport of loading and delivery of units to customers where needed.

Fusselman Mowing 2011-2020

I started mowing lawns in 2011 and have grown my skill, knowledge, and abilities to handle most lawn care needs.

Skills

I like to compare my skillset to that of a Swiss army knife. Many of my previous jobs have allowed me to wear multiple hats and perform duties that require many different types of skills. Many of which, I have been taught and trained to do, while others I learn from experience and self-growth. I am a problem solver and can analyze information skillfully while developing alternative solutions to problems. I work well in groups while listening to others without interruption. I’m open to new ideas and am free to try new things. I appreciate teamwork and welcome feedback contributing to everyone’s efforts to succeed. I follow policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, and reacts well under pressure.

Other skills include Microsoft office utilities, fork lift driving, small engine repair, and customer service knowledge.
