EVENT COORDINATOR/HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR/RECRUITING:

Consult with all departments to schedule and set up event to determine objectives for event, couple with working closely with the management team.

Collaborate with event specialist, execute and coordinate various aspects related o event.

Assist with all equipment, props and logistics.

Liaison with internal and external vendors, align and communicate details including travel itineraries, safety guidelines.

Problem solving with an emphasis to make adjustments to plans.

Recruited, screened, and interviewed (internal and external) applicants for exempt and non-exempt positions.

Conducted surveys; interviewed clients to gather and obtain data in person or by telephone

PAR – Personal Action Requisition

Operate personal computer to collect data, assigned work in accordance with production or progress of teams.

Supervised a team responsible for monitoring performance and completing reviews (including progressive disciplinary actions).

Also responsible for approving time, attendance and leaves.

Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.

Coordinated special assignments: Pre-Retirement seminars and Campus Recruiting programs.
