During my first year in the Mortgage Industry I recovered outstanding repurchase billing fees from active correspondents that were being disputed by them. These loans sat stagnate from 100 to over 500 days in age. I was able to collect and resolve all outstanding bills during the first 8 months in Recourse and Recovery Compliance, totaling well over 5MM.

Received multiple awards and recognition cards from employers, co-workers and clients for strong communication skills, building lasting relationships, client obsession, customer satisfaction and contributing to corporate goal attainments.

Top collector and owner of the least aged billed pipeline over all in the Recovery department on a monthly basis for years.

Previously in charge of providing a controlled exit while executing direction to safely guide all personnel to exit the building to the safe zone during fire drills, weather hazards, shelter in place and shooter training. Being the Fire Warden with 6 Fire Deputies for over 4 years. Maintaining all training courses and updated certifications in compliance with safety regulation. This was a voluntary position that I was proud to uphold. As my daily tasks in Recovery took on more roles, I passed along the Fire Warden responsibilities to another enthusiastic, responsible co-worker that I knew would have the knowledge, time and dedication that this role demands.

Increased efficiency by designing Excel database reports for internal partners customizing their needs to effectively provide hands on, at a glance reference guides. I took this task upon myself to create these reports to provide better department to department communication and for internal partners to acknowledge each other’s work related roles. In doing so, a couple of these reports have resulted in being added as guides in our policies and procedures.
